Training camp is the bridge between registration and your first game. Here is what to expect at PNL Training Camp in Spring 2026.
2026 Training Camp Dates and Times
All sessions at Linton Middle School, 250 Aster Street, Pittsburgh PA 15235. Saturdays April 4th and 11th: Ages 4-10 (10AM-12PM), Ages 11-17 (12PM-2PM). Tuesdays April 7th and 14th: Ages 4-8 (6-8PM). Wednesdays April 8th and 15th: Girls ages 7 through high school (6-8PM). Thursdays April 9th and 16th: Boys ages 9-14 (6-8PM).
Is Training Camp Mandatory?
Not mandatory but strongly encouraged. More sessions equals more preparation heading into the draft and first games.
HerGame Free Camp for Girls
Saturday April 4th, Pittsburgh NFL League hosts a free HerGame Camp for girls at Linton Middle School. Ages 7-11 from 10AM-12PM, ages 12-17 from 12PM-2PM. Free event, no registration fee required.
