The Pittsburgh National League Board of Directors provides strategic oversight, financial accountability, and long-term vision for our nonprofit youth sports organization. The Board ensures that PNL operates in alignment with our mission to develop young athletes through flag football, leadership, and community engagement. Through responsible governance and community partnerships, the Board works to maintain transparency, integrity, and sustainable growth for the families we serve across Western Pennsylvania.

Erik Cooper

Board Chair

​Erik leads the PNL Board of Directors and provides strategic governance and vision to ensure we serve families across Western Pennsylvania with excellence. With deep roots in community leadership and youth development, Erik works closely with the Board and PNL executive team to strengthen our nonprofit impact and long-term sustainability

Vice Chair

Rashad brings extensive experience in youth sports programming and organizational leadership to the Board. In his role as Vice Chair, he supports strategic planning, community partnerships, and expansion efforts that help PNL grow inclusive, competitive flag football opportunities across the region.

Kevin White

Director of Development

Kevin leads fundraising and sponsorship strategy for PNL. His passion for community engagement and youth opportunity drives efforts to expand donor support, corporate partnerships, and grant success to fuel PNL’s mission

Director of Girls Flag Football DevelopmentDirector of Girls Flag Football Development

Talisha serves as PNL’s Female Ambassador and leads our Girls Flag Football Development initiatives. She is dedicated to growing the girls game across Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania by expanding participation, elevating competition, and creating leadership opportunities for young female athletes. Through advocacy, visibility, and intentional programming, Talisha works to ensure our girls are seen, supported, and celebrated both on and off the field.

Minyvonne Burke

Secretary

Minyvonne maintains board records, documentation, and compliance. Her meticulous approach to governance supports effective decision-making and strengthens the operational integrity of PNL as we continue to serve youth and families

Director of Community Engagement

Josh fosters strong relationships with local schools, parks and recreation departments, community partners, and families. His work enhances PNL’s presence across neighborhoods and strengthens support for youth flag football across Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania

Richie Lenhart

Director of Athlete & Program Development

Richie champions the athletic and personal development of our players. He collaborates on coaching standards, curriculum, safety best practices, and competitive programming to ensure every player receives a positive and impactful flag football experience.

Londell Robinson

Coaches Advocate

Londell serves as the voice and representative of our coaching community on the PNL Board of Directors. He works to support coach development, uphold program standards, and ensure our coaches have the resources and guidance needed to positively impact young athletes. Through leadership, accountability, and communication, he helps strengthen the culture, integrity, and competitive excellence of the Pittsburgh National League.

Arthur Collins

Treasurer

Arthur oversees the financial stewardship of the Pittsburgh National League. He ensures responsible budgeting, transparent fiscal reporting, and sound financial policies that safeguard PNL’s nonprofit resources and support future growth for players and families
