OUR LEAGUE
Pittsburgh NFL League is an official NFL FLAG league and the 2024 NFL FLAG League of the Year. Play a season with us in Penn Hills - boys and girls, ages 4 to 17 - and you are on the path. Win your age division at a Regional Tournament and your team earns a free bid to the NFL FLAG Championships, the biggest stage in youth flag football.
You have to win your way in.
WHY IT MATTERS
Most kids who play flag football never see anything bigger than their local field. Our players get a shot at the largest youth flag football tournament in the world - 350+ teams, a dozen countries, every NFL club represented, and games broadcast on ESPN and Disney.
It matters more now than ever: flag football is an Olympic sport, debuting at the 2028 Games in Los Angeles. And out of more than a million kids who play NFL FLAG, only a few hundred teams ever reach this stage.

1st place: every player on the winning team earns an NFL FLAG Regional Tournament custom championship ring.
Win your age division at a Regional and your team earns a free bid to the NFL FLAG Championships - the largest youth flag football tournament in the world, with games broadcast on ESPN and Disney platforms. Championship teams receive custom NFL FLAG jerseys, team gear, and the chance to compete against the best teams in the country.

PNL at the NFL FLAG Championships
PNL AT THE 2026 CHAMPIONSHIPS
In July 2026, Pittsburgh NFL League sent two teams to the NFL FLAG Championships in Indianapolis.
Our 10U Steelers finished 3-2, falling in the quarterfinals to Tucson Turf. Our 8U Jets finished 3-2 and reached the semifinals before falling to the Jax Pal TB Buccaneers.
Two teams. Two deep runs against the best in the world. And every one of those players started exactly where your child would - signing up for a season with PNL.
HOW TO GET INVOLVED
The NFL FLAG Championships is the biggest stage in youth flag football, bringing together regional champions from every NFL club and teams from around the world.
Our 8U Jets and 10U Steelers proved Pittsburgh athletes belong there. Your athlete can begin the same path this fall through PNL's Rookie (4–6), Coed (7–14), or Girls (7–17) divisions.
Training Camp begins August 1. No experience is required, and financial assistance is available.
