Youth Flag Football
in Pittsburgh & Western Pennsylvania
Pittsburgh NFL League (PNL) is the home of youth flag football in Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania. Fall 2026 registration is open for boys and girls ages 4–18, with Rookie League (ages 4–6), coed divisions (ages 7–14), all-girls flag football (ages 7–17), and high school girls flag football (9th - 12th grade). The season begins with training camp on August 1 and includes weekly games, All-Star Weekend, playoffs, championships, and the PNL Honors Ceremony. Families can play in Penn Hills or Monroeville/Plum; beginners are welcome, and financial assistance is available.
