How to Sign Up for NFL FLAG Football in Pittsburgh PA

If you have been searching for NFL FLAG football in Pittsburgh, you are in the right place. Pittsburgh NFL League is the official NFL FLAG affiliate serving Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania since 2004. Signing up is straightforward. Here is exactly how it works.
Step 1: Visit pittsburghnflleague.com
All registration is done online. The registration page is open for the 2026 Spring Season right now. You do not need to call ahead or show up in person to register.
Step 2: Choose the Right Division for Your Child
Division placement is based on your child's age as of August 1st of the current year. Rookie League is for ages 4 through 6. The Coed Division is for ages 7 through 14. The All-Girls Division is open to girls ages 7 through 17 including high school players.
Step 3: Complete Registration and Pay Online
Complete the registration form and pay the fee online. After registering you will receive a confirmation with information about training camp dates and the draft.
Step 4: Attend Training Camp
Training camp runs four sessions in April at Linton Middle School in Penn Hills. Not mandatory, but strongly encouraged for all players, especially those new to the league. The 2026 camp runs April 4th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 11th, 14th, 15th, and 16th depending on your child's age group.
Step 5: Attend the PNL Live Draft
The PNL Live Draft takes place on Friday April 17th at Linton Middle School. Every registered player gets placed on a team. There are no cuts.
Step 6: Play!
Games begin Saturday April 18th and run through the Championship on June 6th. Your child's coach will reach out after the draft to share the weekly practice day and schedule.
