Learn the Game
Players will learn the all the basics of playing flag football, offense, defense, positions, techniques, stances, and natural flow of the game.
Team Building
Our program is designed to help our players learn how to play as a team. We will teach the players how to communicate on the field and work together.
Practicing Skills
Throughout the season the players will continue to learn the fundamentals and build on each skill to continue to grow and improve.
