Families in Churchill and Forest Hills are just a short drive from two Pittsburgh National League locations. PNL is Western Pennsylvania's premier youth flag football organization, and the communities in the Edgewood-Swissvale-Churchill corridor have easy access to both our Penn Hills home at Linton Middle School and our Boyce Park location in Plum. If your child has been looking for competitive, structured flag football this spring, registration is open now.
Getting to Pittsburgh National League from Churchill and Forest Hills
Churchill and Forest Hills sit along the Parkway East corridor, putting both PNL locations within easy reach. Our Penn Hills location at Linton Middle School, 250 Aster Street, Pittsburgh PA 15235, is accessible from the Churchill exit off Route 22/30 and takes about 10 to 15 minutes. This is our flagship location where Saturday games, training camp, the PNL Live Draft, playoffs, and the championship all take place.
Our Boyce Park location at the Boyce Park Soccer Fields on Pierson Run Road in Plum PA 15239 offers Sunday afternoon games starting April 20th. For Forest Hills families who prefer a Sunday schedule, Boyce Park is a convenient option in the other direction. Both locations are open to all registered PNL players.
About Pittsburgh NFL League
Pittsburgh NFL League has been serving Western Pennsylvania families since 2004. In 2024, we were named NFL FLAG League of the Year, the national recognition awarded by RCX Sports and the NFL to the league that best exemplifies what a youth flag football program should look like. We are an official NFL FLAG affiliate, which means our players compete under the same national framework used by thousands of leagues across the country.
What makes PNL different is the structure. Every registered player goes through a live draft where coaches build real teams. We have a full regular season, a playoff bracket, and a season championship. Coaches set weekly practice schedules and develop real relationships with their players. This is not drop-off recreation football. This is a program built to develop athletes and build character.
Divisions Available for Churchill and Forest Hills Players
Pittsburgh NFL League serves players ages 4 through high school. Rookie League is for our youngest players ages 4 to 6. Coed Divisions run from ages 7 through 14 and are open to both boys and girls. All-Girls Divisions are available for female athletes from ages 7 through high school and are one of the fastest-growing parts of our league. Division placement is based on your child's age as of August 1, 2025 for the 2026 spring season.
Spring 2026 Schedule
Training camp kicks off April 4th with four sessions running through April 16th, all at Linton Middle School. Saturday sessions serve ages 4 through 10 from 10AM to 12PM and ages 11 through 17 from 12PM to 2PM on April 4th and April 11th. Weekday sessions run Tuesday through Thursday evenings for specific age groups. Training camp is optional but encouraged.
The PNL Live Draft is Friday, April 17th at Linton Middle School. This is the night every registered player gets placed on a team. It is one of the most exciting nights in our season and families are encouraged to attend. Penn Hills games start April 18th. Boyce Park games start April 20th. The Pittsburgh Steelers Regional Tournament is April 25th for interested teams. Playoffs and the championship are June 6th.
Financial Assistance Is Available
