Pittsburgh NFL League (PNL) is Western Pennsylvania's #1 youth flag football league and a proud NFL FLAG League of the Year. As an official NFL FLAG program serving Pittsburgh and Western PA since 2004, we offer leagues for boys and girls ages 4–18, including our Rookie League (ages 4–6), Coed Divisions (ages 7–14), All-Girls Flag Football, and High School Girls Flag Football. Families across the region choose PNL for organized league play, experienced coaching, financial assistance, and a first-class NFL FLAG game-day experience. Fall 2026 registration is open now.
